When Bomani Gray was given the name “Bomani” by his community of elders he knew that he was charged with an awesome responsibility. The Malawi (South Africa) name means “Warrior”. And as a community warrior, Bomani has dedicated his life to public service as a community and educational advocate.

Joel (BFA Dance, MSW, RSME, IDME) has been a Registered Somatic Movement Educator since 2010 by the School for Body-Mind Centering(TM) as well as a Certified Infant Developmental Movement Educator by the same school.

Tameka Jackson-Dyer is an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant and Community Health Worker whose passion is community outreach. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Health Studies from Siena Heights University, multiple lactation certifications and has been honing her counseling and clinical skills in WIC agencies, OB/Gyn offices, Baby Friendly hospitals and homes throughout the metro Detroit area for over 15 years.

Fervy is Michigan's pioneering Certified Mama Coach, bringing over 14 years of invaluable experience as a registered nurse and the proud mom of two wonderful boys.

Kristi is a licensed macro social worker with almost 10 years of experience in grant writing and program management. Since her own experience with Postpartum Depression, Kristi has been passionate about making sure that every parent has the resources and support they need to thrive in parenthood and beyond.

As a certified American Heart Association Instructor, Maryanne has taught CPR to thousands of new parents, grandparents, students and colleagues.

Tanja is a Usui/Holy Fire and Karuna Reiki Master Teacher and Sacred Childbirth with Reiki practitioner who has studied all levels of Reiki with William Rand, Founder of the International Center for Reiki.

Alice is a passionate and dedicated multi-disciplinary 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher.  She specializes in Prenatal, Postnatal, Baby, and Kids Yoga.

Jamie Solomon has over thirteen years of experience working in education, spending most of her time as the lead teacher in preschool classrooms in San Francisco and, later, in her home state of Michigan. She also teaches college courses in early childhood education and has worked as a mentor to student teachers.
